After a very creative 24 hours day and the participation of 12 teams, the first innovation contest ActinSpace (a combination of hackathon and startup contest) organized by si-Cluster on the 20-21 of May in a2 innohub. The awarded teams were: MaGOS, Hermes, Drone2ship, Smart Weather Balloon. Orion and Uranus. MaGOS team is the Greek team who won the desirable ticket to Toulouse sponsored by the French Embassy in Greece and the French Institute in Athens. This team will represent Greece in international finals. The developed product is a “magnetic hand” (wearable) that can translate sign language with the help of a smartphone application.
