The Municipality of Agrinio proceeded to renewal its cooperation with GET through the new contract signed on June 23, 2022.
With the signing of the new contract, the Municipality of Agrinio is proceeding with the expansion and maintenance of the existing geospatial information infrastructure of the Municipality of Agrinio GEO ICT by adding the vertical application for supporting Urban Planning GET e-POLEO.
In addition to the basic functions of a modern web GIS application, users have at their disposal a number of functions that facilitate the extraction of available data on the current urban planning regime at any point within their region. With the completion of the infrastructure, the Municipality of Agrinio will have expanded the SDI of freely available geospatial data that will support the needs of its services in Geoinformatics applications as well as the needs of citizens and professionals dealing with the Municipality through relevant web services.
