The scope of the project is the creation of a horizontal informational infrastructure, which is a tool for the documentation, identification and highlighting of problems/contradictions, planning and decision-making for all matters related to the geographical space. As part of the project, a spatial database was developed with urban planning data (urban planning lines, land uses, diagrams, ordinances), infrastructure data (electrical lighting, bins, networks, etc.), real estate of the Municipality.  The content of the database is accessible via a web platform, allowing (classified where necessary) viewing and retrieval of the information.

At the present stage, it mainly supports the mission of the Building Services Administration, which uses the infrastructure on a daily basis and now serves the majority of requests from fellow engineers and citizens providing data required through the system.

The project is an excellent example of open governance, transparency and democracy, as it freely disseminates information.

It is also noteworthy that it has been developed exclusively using open software, eliminating the cost of acquiring software licenses (zero cost), but also dramatically reducing its development and maintenance costs.
